MINIARC / PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what MiniArc processes when someone searches for a public Riot ID in the iPhone app. Effective August 30, 2026
MiniArc does not require a login, collect Riot passwords, sell personal information, serve advertising, or use tracking SDKs.
What you provide
You may enter a Riot game name, tag line, and League platform. MiniArc sends those values to the MiniArc API to resolve the public Riot account and load the requested League profile or champion mastery data.
What MiniArc processes
MiniArc processes public Riot account identifiers—including PUUID and Riot ID—League profile and ranked information, completed match summaries, and champion mastery summaries.
Normalized records and freshness metadata may be kept in PostgreSQL and Cloudflare cache so repeated lookups are faster and use fewer Riot API requests. MiniArc does not use a public lookup to verify account ownership.
Data stored on your device
The iPhone app may remember a small list of recently viewed players, including Riot ID, PUUID, and platform, so Career and Mastery can share the same selection. This list stays in the app’s local preferences and can be removed by deleting the app.
What MiniArc does not do
- MiniArc does not require a MiniArc account or Riot login for public lookups.
- MiniArc does not ask for or store a Riot password, personal Riot API key, or private token.
- MiniArc does not sell personal information, serve advertising, or use cross-app tracking.
- MiniArc does not persist active-game or replay data.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the public website and API, caches responses, and provides Hyperdrive database connectivity. Aiven provides the PostgreSQL database. Riot Games provides the upstream account and game data. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
Cached and normalized public records are retained only while useful for service performance, history features, and Riot rate-limit protection. Records may be removed when stale or no longer needed.
To request removal of a lookup record, use MiniArc Support and include the Riot ID and platform. Never send a Riot password or API key.
Children
MiniArc is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect information directly from children. The service only looks up public Riot gameplay records supplied by Riot Games.
Changes and contact
This policy may change as MiniArc evolves. The effective date will be updated when the policy changes. For privacy questions or removal requests, visit the support page.
