MINIARC / SUPPORT
Support
MiniArc is preparing for its first TestFlight release. Use the project issue tracker for reproducible bugs, feature requests, and data-removal requests.
A support request should never contain a Riot password, Riot API key, database connection string, or private token.
Report an issue
Open a report in the MiniArc issue tracker. During TestFlight, you may also send crash feedback through Apple’s TestFlight app.
Include the MiniArc version, iOS version, League platform, what you expected, and what happened. Use a redacted or synthetic Riot ID whenever possible.
Request data removal
Read the Privacy Policy, then open a privacy request in the issue tracker with the Riot ID and League platform involved. Do not provide a password or attempt to prove ownership by sharing account credentials.
Current product scope
The first release focuses on public League profile, ranked, paginated completed-match, and champion-mastery snapshots. Other Riot API families may appear in MiniArc’s capability map as planned or approval-bound; that does not mean they are already available.
Common questions
Why can I view a friend’s profile?
Current lookups use public Riot data. A Riot ID is a search key, not proof that the person searching owns the account.
Why is ranked empty?
A player can have recent normal or ARAM matches without a current solo or flex ranked entry.
Why does a result look delayed?
MiniArc uses short-lived caches to protect Riot’s service and stay within API rate limits. Completed match data is reused after it has been loaded.
